Onsite Survey and Custom Quote
HSI will perform a comprehensive site survey for clients with extensive cable requirements or existing locations requiring adding new cable or changing existing network cabling. Our technician will gather information during the walkthrough of your site and review area dimensions, availability of network infrastructure and electrical outlets, cable paths, and ceiling height.
Once the site survey is completed, HSI will meet with you to review the results. We will present a price quote and documentation noting each cable drop, the number of jacks and length, racks or patch panels when necessary, wire molding or conduit when necessary, and rental equipment such as lift equipment when necessary.
IP Network Troubleshooting
Get fast onsite troubleshooting and repair by a trained Level 2 technician. Our technicians possess technical knowledge of IP networking technologies and are skilled in troubleshooting IP network issues. Let us perform onsite troubleshooting based on your reported issues and resolve or recommend changes to resolve your network issues.

Onsite Network Probe - NET Watch
When advanced network issues seem elusive and inconsistent we recommend the NET Watch probe to monitor your network. HSI ships the probe to your location with all required cables and instruction for installation. The probe is a hardened appliance built specifically for onsite service that is placed between your file server and your hub or router for one week.
The probe monitors and documents all network traffic. Using strong packet capture and statistical analysis, HSI will be able to diagnose network issues. HSI reviews the data and presents a detailed analysis along with documentation of failures or errors as well as consultation services to diagnose and resolve the issue.
Example:
If the situation is due to a protocol issue, HSI will provide packet traces and explanations of the protocol failure.
If the problem is traffic-related, HSI can provide statistical graphs showing traffic or errors.
